You don’t have a goal problem. You have an execution gap.

The SMARTEST Goals

You didn’t fail at your goal.

You just had nothing holding you to it.

It usually starts the same way:

You knew what you wanted.

You started with clarity.

You’re committed.

But then life happened.

Bad days...

Low energy...

Not feeling good...

Then you miss once...

And nothing happens.

No consequence.

No pressure to return.

No reason to keep going.

So stopping didn’t feel like quitting.

It felt reasonable... logical...

That doesn’t mean you’re inconsistent.

It means the structure used was permissive.

That's why The SMARTEST Goals Project exists:

to make your goal execution survive even on bad days.
