- The SMARTEST Goals

Knowing what to do
never guaranteed you would do it.
When you start a goal:
You knew what you wanted.
You knew what to do.
You weren’t confused.
You were actually very clear.
So that wasn’t the problem.
The problem started after the first miss.
When nothing happened after that miss,
your brain learned something dangerous.
It learned that:
“That goal isn’t urgent”
“That task is optional”
And optional goals don’t survive real life.
Clear goals help you start things.
Structured goals help you continue.
Enforced goals help you achieve them.
